This edition also contains additional revisions to the original Federalist Papers thought to be by Hamilton himself. It is further noted because it contains printings of the Constitution, Bill of Rights and Hamilton's Letters of Pacificus--an important series of essays defending Washington's Neutrality Proclamation of 1793.
